Hon. Emelia Arthur has outlined a comprehensive vision for sustainable growth in Ghana's fisheries and aquaculture sector. Under her leadership, the Ministry oversees the National Premix Fuel Secretariat, ensuring transparent and efficient fuel distribution to fishing communities nationwide.

Ebow Mensah has more than 15 years of experience in project planning, organizational development, and socio-economic policy. His previous work includes roles at Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and collaboration with trade union organizations. His appointment supports the Secretariat mandate under L.I. 2233 and the reinvestment of premix fuel proceeds in fishing communities.

The committee formulates policy and oversees the Secretariat's compliance with the National Premix Fuel Committee Regulations, 2016.
